What it means

Your credential and the partner tag do not belong together for this marketplace (different accounts, or no API access there).

Message returned by the API: Your credential is not linked to the partner tag in the request for the given Marketplace.

Typical causes

  • You call a marketplace where your account has no approved Creators API access.
  • The partner tag belongs to another account than the credential.

How to fix it

  1. Use a partner tag of the target marketplace that belongs to the same account as the credential.
  2. Credentials work in all marketplaces, but you need a valid tag and approved access in each one.
