What it means

Something went wrong on Amazon’s side, not in your request. Try again in a moment.

Message returned by the API: An unexpected error occurred while processing your request.

Typical causes

• Temporary problem at the Creators API.

How to fix it

1. Retry with exponential backoff.
2. Check the status page for the marketplace.
3. If it persists, contact Associates support with the x-amzn-RequestId header value.
